Kelli is a 4th-generation Colorado native who has a great appreciation for the outdoors. Kelli found therapy early on in her own life to be positively life-changing, and later to be truly invaluable in navigating the mental health needs in the lives of her children and family. Kelli’s personal mental health experience, coupled with her nearly 20-year background in community-focused nonprofit management serving ethnically diverse people abroad and in the Denver area, became the impetus for her career transition into social work. Kelli states her richest learning experiences have been received from all ages and very different stations in life.
Kelli sincerely believes that while transitions are a part of life, they may still feel overwhelming. At such times, we need a community to walk alongside us. In seeking therapy, you have just taken that first courageous step in the healing process. Together we’ll explore how to forge your new and best path.
Kelli utilizes a strengths-based perspective and believes you have the capacity for positive change. Through exploring reconnection with yourself and others, it can be reassuring to know you are not alone.
Kelli has a depth of experience working as a developmental child and family therapist, with families, refugees, couples, individuals, children, and as a hospice social worker, providing psychotherapy to persons of all ages, 0-99. Kelli has worked with many presenting concerns such as: anxiety, depression, dual diagnoses, grief and loss, life transitions, relational challenges, spirituality and existential, trauma, women’s issues, and more.
